Specific title is not a qualifier for participation. The course is designed for an individual whose role requires 24/7 accountability or oversight of one to two units, and management of direct reports.

There will be six sessions over six months. Session one will be a one and a half-day intensive in-person session, followed by five monthly virtual sessions lasting 3.5 hours each. These sessions will be paired with supplemental microlearning content from the Nursing Experience Project.

The program will cover key topics essential for effective leadership, such as cultivating authentic influence, enhancing team member engagement, fostering excellence, navigating change, impactful communication, and maximizing individual and team capacity.
