Mary Sue Easmeil, CPXP: Chief Client Success Officer

Our mission is to improve the clinician experience through world class skill-building solutions that enhance patient connection, fuel team collaboration, and develop leaders who inspire change. With great excitement, we announce the addition of Mary Sue Easmeil, CPXP to the Practicing Excellence team to further the impact we can achieve together.

We saw exciting results and multiple outcome-based case studies from our Clinician Experience Project member organizations in 2018. We are immensely proud of our partners’ achievements so far! In 2019 and beyond, we look to deepen the value of our work together with the addition of Mary Sue. Mary Sue joins us from Sentara Medical Group, where she led transformation efforts centered around partnering with clinicians and teams to improve their experience and those of their consumers. Under Mary Sue’s leadership, Sentara Medical Group achieved compelling results leveraging the Clinician Experience Project to support coaching, physician onboarding, patient experience improvement, leadership development, and clinician well-being efforts. This multifaceted approach resulted in noteworthy outcomes, propelling Sentara Medical Group’s “Rate Your Provider” CG-CAHPS scores from the 48th to 85th percentile in less than 36 months, while reducing physician turnover and improving overall well-being.

In her role as Chief Client Success Officer, Mary Sue will bring the passion, discipline, and results she has demonstrated throughout her career. She will join our talented client success team (Liz Curry, Renee Oinonen, Erin Tjaden, and Erin Vaughn) to broaden the service provided to our partners. Mary Sue will lead our established client success model while developing new programs, solutions, and support that accelerate engagement, create value, and deliver outcomes for all of our member organizations.
