As the pandemic continues to pose new obstacles and test all of us, we must set our sights on how clinicians, leaders, and teams can better combat unprecedented levels of stress, burnout, growing workloads, documentation burdens, and patient expectations. Despite these challenges, improving the experience for our colleagues in health care remains our sole focus. How can we serve as catalysts for change? How can we build a culture that fuels patient impact, team collaboration, well-being, and effective leadership?
Asking these questions is an essential part of building a continuous learning culture. With this in mind, we are pleased to announce that we will be hosting our annual client networking event, CONNECT 2021, with the central theme of fueling progress.

As our journey continues, you – our client partners – inspire us in your relentless pursuit to improve and be better not just for your patients but also for yourselves. While we are grateful for the opportunity to get together virtually this year and celebrate each other’s successes, we are most looking forward to exploring new ways to inspire and foster a culture of learning and mastery within the Practicing Excellence community.
